Every strategy I create is specifically tailored to my clients and their business needs. Building your strategy is an in-depth journey of discovery, expert coaching and tried and tested tools. Here is just a preview of my 1:1 client strategic roadmap:
(1) Clarifying your starting point. [Business evaluation] Assessing your concept, background and current unique selling proposition is the first step in my job to understand your current situation and to evaluate your potential. In our kick-off session via Zoom I will have a lot of questions for you in order to understand: What is your starting point? Where are you right now and where do you want to go? What are your business goals? What is your ethos and what is your purpose? I then walk away with loads of information for me to work on your case and start developing your strategy.
(2) Identifying your brand potential. [Brand Essence template]. After analyzing your current business situation and building from your desired targets, I design your new brand positioning through my brand essence template that will be your brand bible going forward (this includes your new Mission, Positioning, Tone of voice, Target audience, Iconography, Values).
(3) Drawing your path [Marketing and communication plan]. Now that your new positioning is clear, how are you going to achieve your business goals? How should you leverage your new brand essence on your website, on your Instagram profile, offline, or through events, PR and even influencer strategy? Depending on your business, I will recommend the best way to achieve your business goals, developing a 360° strategy around it.
(4) Enabling you [Strategic document and presentation]. I will come back to you within 4 weeks from our kick-off session and, in an insightful Zoom call, I will present you your STRATEGY ROADMAP - your new brand essence, your new marketing and communication strategy and the action plan to follow to implement all of this. In this session my goal is to enable you to bring your business forward with clarity and confidence. And to do so, I will also hand over to you a PDF document that will guide you through each step of your repositioning strategy for the following 6 to 12 months.
